  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a service that you have paid for, we will provide a full refund.

  • Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for services canceled by you will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the amount of work already completed. Generally, we do not offer refunds for services once work has commenced, unless required by applicable law.
